Why did you choose Perth for your education?
I chose Perth because I didn't want to go anywhere too far from home. What I wanted out of Australia was the language and experience and I believe I made the right choice coming here.
How is Perth different from your home town?
Aussies are very friendly and more 'out there', which makes it very easy to talk to people and make friends. The mateship here is unique.
What do you enjoy most about studying and living in Perth?
Freedom. Coming to Perth, I totally have to rely on myself. This gives me the courage to make decisions on my own and to think for myself. Learning has been fun too!
What do you think is the advantage of studying in Perth?
Even though Perth is smaller in size from the Eastern states, academically, it has put many of its students among the top ranking Australians. We also know that our teachers care about us and will do their utmost to help us reach our potential in all areas, not just academically.
What advice would you give other students considering studying overseas?
Going to another country means learning under a new system, learning a new language, learning a new lifestyle, and learning a new culture. It helps to assist in the process of growing up and gaining valuable experience. For me, Perth is a wonderful lifestyle destination, as well as a provider of world-class education services and facilities.
